Realtime Reporting CART & Captioning

Today, the need for virtually instantaneous access to information is symptomatic of our highly interconnected world. There is a need to receive information and communications by various means. Fixed by the global realities of urgency, cost, speed, and time. There is an ever-growing demand for the real-time conversion of the spoken word to text for dozens of different applications and needs.

Current technologies permit this realtime text input and processing allowing for the production of written output from the spoken words that may be seamlessly combined with audio and video synchronization for display in a variety of digital output formats or printed for documentation and historical purposes.

Speeches, discussions, presentations and the content of conferences, are needed at the session’s closing in a textual format, to preserve the content of the spoken words. Many Corporate and Civic Meetings that need to result in important decisions or further discussions are much more effective and efficient when a digital or written/printed record is available. Many times this can be immediate for the timely release of the minutes, including exhibits and other presentation materials. This greatly enhances the efficiency of decision-making and action-generating discussions. The Transcription of these meetings may be either verbatim (conversational) or an edited (corrected for grammar and readability), and remain authentic in their content.

This is generally what we are all about.

Wyccon’s services have grown in demand, as a result of the recognition that not all people can receive access to spoken words in the same way. In today’s global workplace, it is not only the Deaf and Hard of Hearing people that greatly benefit from Speech-To-Text Services.
